Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing ISSC Odont. We supply dental and orthodontic products to clinics and practitioners across the USA and Canada, and we want you to be satisfied with every order. Please read this policy before requesting a return.
Return Window and Authorization
Returns must be sent back within 20 days of the invoice date. Returns are not accepted unless approved in advance. To request authorization, email info@issc-odont.com with your order number, the items concerned and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions.
Eligible Items
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original, sealed packaging with all labels intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Defective Products
Products that fail because of a material defect or poor workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This does not apply to instruments that have been tampered with, modified, re-tipped or refitted in any way, or to normal wear from use.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used or unsealed consumables (for example elastics, ligatures, adhesives and wires).
- Custom, special-order and made-to-order items, including custom cabinetry.
- Items modified, altered or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. When returning items, pack them carefully to prevent damage in transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
