ISSC Odont ships dental and orthodontic products to customers in the USA and Canada.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Custom and special-order items, including custom cabinetry, have longer lead times that we confirm when quoting.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and the shipping method you choose. Eligible orders over the free-shipping threshold shown on our website ship free.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are estimates only. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped across the Canada-USA border may be subject to duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by the carrier or customs authority, which are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your package on arrival. If it is damaged, or has not arrived within the expected window, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at info@issc-odont.com with your order number and photos, and we will investigate with the carrier.
