These Terms of Service govern your use of the ISSC Odont website and your purchase of products and services from ISSC Odont ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Serve

Our products, including dental and orthodontic instruments, supplies, handpieces and equipment, are intended for use by licensed dental professionals and qualified clinics. By ordering, you confirm you are authorized to purchase and use these products.

2. Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, images and specifications accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Colors and appearance may vary. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order, including because of pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or ship it. Custom cabinetry, equipment and renovation services are quoted and agreed separately in writing.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund and Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Product Use and Responsibility

You are responsible for using products according to manufacturer instructions, applicable regulations and accepted clinical practice, and for ensuring products are suitable for your intended use. Nothing on this site is medical or clinical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to ISSC Odont or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISSC Odont is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies to orders placed after the update.
